LASERWORDS U.S., INC. ANNOUNCEMENT

Laserwords Private Limited would like to announce the reorganization of its U.S. operation, Laserwords U.S., Inc. beginning April 1, 2009. With three major facilities located in New York City, Madison, Wisconsin, and Lewiston, Maine, and our corporate office in San Carlos, California, Laserwords is confident we can meet all of our clients’ needs both domestically and abroad.

Michael O’Brien has been promoted to President of Laserwords U.S., Inc. with responsibility for all U.S. operations and client relationships. Reporting to Michael are Amy Terpening, Dan Boilard, and Susanne Singleton. Laserwords U.S., Inc. also includes an experienced account management team geographically spread throughout the United States to better serve our clients. O’Brien will continue to report to Vellayan Subbiah, Managing Director of Laserwords Private Limited.

Amy Terpening, Vice President, Operations, manages operations for the Laserwords Madison facility, formerly known as Four Lakes Colorgraphics. Laserwords Madison is an industry leader of pre-publishing services for the PreK—Grade 12 educational publishing community and the Commercial pre-media industry. Services at our Madison facility include color correction, scanning, page composition, digital proofing, and digital archiving.

Susanne Singleton, Vice President, Managing Director, manages all operations for our editorial and design division, Laserwords Publishing Services, located in New York City. Laserwords Publishing Services is a full service, PreK--Grade 12 content developer with a highly experienced editorial and design staff. Laserwords Publishing Services offers publishers a full array of editorial services, from concept through content development and design.

Dan Boilard, Vice President, Operations, manages operations for the Laserwords Maine facility, formerly known as Pine Tree Composition. This Higher Education team offers excellent services in high-end production for publishers including project management, copyediting, design, proofreading, and domestic composition geared specifically to the Higher Education market.

Laserwords U.S., Inc. will continue to work with our extensive team in Chennai to deliver high-quality products for our clients. We are committed to partnering with our clients to create excellent educational print and media materials for students and teachers. The reorganization of our U.S. Division allows us to provide our clients the best possible service to fulfill this commitment.

All future invoicing will be made under the name of Laserwords. However, for tax purposes, we will still keep billing from our different locations distinct. All U.S. Laserwords employees have now moved to a unified email format of firstname.lastname@laserwords.com.
